Peninsula Private Education team is a team of highly expereinced and qualified critical care nurse educators. Peninsula Private Hospital is located on the beautiful Redcliffe peninsula just 15 minutes north of Brisbane . The education team can not wait to share their knowledge and experience with you.

Peninsula Private education offers an ACCCN certified Advanced Life support course.

We offer small group sessions with only a maximum of 6 particpants per group.

It is suitable for all healthcare professionals working in a critical care environment, or with critically ill patients. Participants will receive certification as a team member or a team leader.

Standards used throughout the course reflect the Australian Resuscitation Council Statements on Basic and Advanced Life Support. Annual re-certification is recommended for the Adult and Paediatric program.

Course Instructor

Cheryl has worked in Emergency ICU and Education for over 40 years. She has a Post graduate Certificate in Critical care ( Emergency) Clinical Education and a Cert IV in TAE.

She has spent a lot of time working Rural and Remote throughout NSW and Queensland.

Her education career encompasses working in education in Hospitals, Universities, Queensland Tafe, Medical companies and providing education to General practices.

Currently Cheryl is working at Peninsula Private Hospital managing the student placement program. Delivering the Advanced Life support Course to external participants can be challenging though extremely rewarding.

    To register simply Purchase the course you are wishing to enrol in. Registration will be be confirmed on receipt of full payment 

    Cancellation Policy:    We must receive seven (7) days notification of cancellation of your attendance at any course. Your registration fee will be refunded to you less a $50 cancellation fee to cover administration & processing costs. Upon seven (7) days notification of cancellation of attendance, your registration may be transferred, with no additional cost, to a future course within the next six (6) months, registration numbers permitting.  Cancellations will not be accepted within 7 days of a scheduled course.  If needing to do so your registration fee with be forfeited.
    Note:  In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled, your registration fee will be returned in full.
